I am searching for additional information regarding my Gardner line. I know Caleb Gardner was buried in Stephentown Baptist Cemetery in 1842 as was his wife, Eunice, in 1840. Caleb’s father, Benjamin Gardner, was buried in a Stephentown farm plot in 1809 and his wife, Elizabeth, was buried in 1813 in a farm plot. Does anyone know of this family? Thank you.

I just recently obtained a copy of Benjamin Gardners Will. It was probated Feb 7 1809. I will be transcribing it soon (hopefully) but I will send a digital copy if you like. He mentions his beloved wife Elizabeth, son Simon, daughter Else Brockway, grandson Uriah Bently, son Benjamin, daughter elizabeth Harrington, son Howland, son Nathaniel, son Caleb, daughter Sarah Northrup, daughter Anne(very hard to read)Harrington, daughter Unice Williams, son Olin. He wrote the will in 1803. -lisa mckern

I noticed your post was originally in 2008. I would love a digital copy of this will if you still have it available. Thanks so much. Benjamin would be my 6th great grandfather through his daughter Else (Alse). Thanks! – Kelly Hess
